worst experience ever had....
i booked tickets in tatkaal thought service would be better....
3rd grade service...
food is pathetic
veg Biryani hav only potato and coloured rice ...wo bhi kachaa rice bhi allu bhi ....
and cleaning boy came and asking people to sign on feedback forms without writing the feedback.....this is cheating ...
municipality toilets are more clear than this train ....

toilets are very dirty in all 3 ac compartment & there is no liquid soap in any wash basin

Toilets are very unhygienic, Cockroaches were roaming around the sitting area. I suggest after every 100KM /Stop Toilets to be cleaned and some air freshner to be used in coaches as toilets bad smell were in the coach and it was stinking very strong.

Punchuallity was very good. No food taken. Train toilets were very smelly.No covid care was followed.People were complaing about food supplied. Please have atrack on it

train was very unclean. seats were full of dust. washroom was not clean and also kindly try to connect chair cars with other cars for safety and case of emergency for a women travelling alone.

sanitation is very bad condition I never seen this type of low sanitation especially due covid shows lack of responsibility on the part of govt of India
