worst train I never seen
toilet bad smell no cleaning and so late like passenger train
why are you taking extra fare for special train
then run like a special

Train Quality:- clean and good👍
punctuality:- always running very slow and delayed.
food quality:- quality of food is not satisfied, price of a food is very high but low quality food.

why this train running...very worstu train in my journey...this not super fast...goods trains best...simply waste this train...I booked 2nd AC coach...this not 2Ac this unreserved compartment...no facilities amount waste...train very very slow...🥲🥲

Hopeless app, money is being cut always but the tickets are not being booked. And to get that money refunded, we have to call customer care number and they will tell me to send an email. Idiots, don't you know to refund the money immediately.
