I expected time to come atleast arrival time but it was nearly 4hours delay, it cause so much of time waste , I couldn't able to reach my destination on time, don't choose special trains for urgent work, choose express far better than this.

The train was too late , & there was no pantry available on the train We needed to wait for stations for food. and the rats are running under the seats, that too in 3 A.

No quality, no punctuality train late, I missed other train because of train late and I lost above 2000 rupees, we cant eat the food 0f train which they sell

kindly improve the quality of catering.drinking coffee feels only drinking colour hot water.None of the vegetarian food meet minimum quality of taste. it is better to to put source to quality restuarant of respective area so as to satisfy the passengers.

🚆 is always late arrival. Less Maintenance. Flushes in Washrooms are not working. Even in AC Class also bad maintenance.

Window side seats are not good, because whenever the two seats closed for sleeping, up and downs are came, it is very difficult to sleep on that sleeper.
