Fucks first train late 23 mints then shows 40mints now 1.10 hrs late I planned to return and booked also it's early morning train more than 1.30 mints till now I'm waiting for this train Indian railway not value passengers time valued unprofessional skilled performance and management issue some time suddenly changed the platform number 1 day I missed train because only halting time is 5mints after train reached platform they announced the changes without I'm reaching the train train is dispatched totally disappointed never ever I'm not recommend indian railways best ways of reached bus and flights

Very bad train, it should be at Ernakulam at around 9:30 or 10, but reached at noon very delayed. Bad experience.

There was no a.c. in the couch till 12.30 am. No fan was also running. No food was also available. Even we could not purchase water bottle also.
