worst experience. my tickets not getting confirmed and whatever extra I pay I.e 3k it is refunded through coupon which I don't need as I am not travelling. moving forward I wont be using this app for ticket booking. it is a scam. I would give 0 star but I dont see any option so managing with 1 star.

the train runs like a bullock cart. Delayed 7 hours to reach Madgaon junction from Muzaffarpur Jn.
Food is not available in the train carry your own food

The train is to let 6 to 8 hr and not available clinic staff also totlet very poor condition train and also waiting ticket alo to train very bed service to railway...
