All the special trains on the Indian Railway are the worst, I think so because the train is too late. What happened to me? After waiting too many hours, I decided it would be better to catch the local train. Then, at the next station, I onboarded the local to reach the destination 😀. After that, I checked the status of this train—when it reached Santragachi station at 5:20 PM, though its scheduled timing was 10:00 AM. Not recommended!

this is bad train journey like that I never had in my life. Train was delayed by 8hr to santragachi. even I have booked 3rd ac sleeper class reserved people are entering into it. Here sleeper class and 3rd ac cabins are linked together and opened a way allowed to enter into ac coachs.

There is no canteen inside the train and the irctc catering services are worst they taken money more than usual what they do they took the order from passengers and ordered the food from outside and distributed the food to the passengers

pathetic service, engine has faulty breaks giving sudden jolts all the way for 28 hours ,lavatory was 1942 love story. janitor services were not even present to attend the washrooms - it was dirty and coaches used are not 2A sounded like not even 3A standards. crores are spent yet we see no improvement. govt takes taxes like a hungry dragon and can't afford to give good services and travel conditions especially for 28 hours - train late journey. I will cancel my return ticket because I cannot take this train and will never refer anyone for this train. no wonder why we have so many seats vacant and TT makes awesome business out of people who sleep in 2AC with their 3AC tickets. photos are miserable and nothing is good.

not serviceing coach bathroom is are high sensitive not quality.
