I have book ticket from smvt to Renigunta my train starting time was I was boarding in Krishnarajapuram my boarding time was 11.00 but it came to Krishnarajapuram at 3 o'clock in the afternoon

I didn't go to my home because of the worst punctuality, In case the train is getting late please put an option so that people don't want to go with this worst timing can cancel it and get a refund. But still there is no option for travelers to get refunds because of railway government rules. Please just change your rules, change rules for people not for you(railway department)

its a bad experience. they reached 2hrs late and its a express train but, run like shuttle train. i supposed to by 5.30pm but reached at 9.30pm
