very bad services provided by railway.. cleaning nd others services are very bad in AC compartment also..train running always 5-6hrs late from its original time..don't use this train if you want to be on time

Such a very bad experience of this train... 9 hours late.
there is no facility even at 3AC. it's look like general class.
there is no cleaness, no food service properly.

worst service at deen dayal station no announcement at station about the time and platform no announcement at reached the platform suffered from one to other aged people and luggage trouble a lot worst service by pt upadhyay station

worst train, always runs late.Today it is running 6 hour late and there is no announcement at Patna Jn.Here schedule time is 20:30 hr and now it is 12:55 HR but there is no proper information regarding arrival of this train 07092 at Patna Jn.

Worst train ever I seen in my entire life.. forget abt punctuality it's 6hrs late.. n no house keeping n don't ask abt pantry car bcoz it's not there.. it's like refugees or orphans moving to some other place .. no TTR no police ugly toilets .. n no signal given to it bcoz it's "special" (handicapped) some one lost the baggages to my next seats.. n it's charges 30% extra for all this bloody entertainment.. my advice better travel in general or in any passenger rather than this .. simply to say worthless .. it's not worthy to single star. Here am attaching a pic of wash basin .. am not dared to take a click of toilets I don't want to store all that shit in my phone.. toilets were like pools with floating shit.. yaaaakh.. thr is no pantry car in this orphan train n ur app asking food quality ??????

No care of this train, even ac2 class coach.
Timing can be said as no worries as other trains have to be in time, then why start such services. Let normal schedule trains do better.
