Am travelling right now in the train and my experience with its punctuality in the journey so far hasn't been good because the train is already more than 4 hours delayed before completing half of its journey and there's no canteen, Not even cleaning staff to look after the toilets now and then this is not looking good at all I just hope to finish my journey as soon as possible

Train is running late by 7 hours and 25 minutes. Very bad experience. Train's arrival time at Ranchi was 8:30 pm but now it's new arrival time is 4:15 am. Worst train.

There was no cleanliness, at the time of boarding. I found rat excreta on my seat, the curtains were dirty and smelling, even some curtains were missing, no timely cleaning, no hygiene, (Time) Indian railway has no value for time, as if it has purchased public time, 2nd AC feels worse than sleeper. 2nd AC toilet is worse than local public toilet, specially change the hand wash with good aroma.
