there was more than 500 seat when I booked...why u opted for side upper when I gave preference lower birth..side upper seat is too congested

everything was great though, somethings were acceptable like SLOW AC, frequent electricity power cuts and slow network inside train

The train is already running late. There are cockroaches in the B1 coach, so please ensure that the coach is cleaned properly. The toilet is also not properly cleaned. As for the food, there is nothing much to say about its quality. Please take immediate action and maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene.

Overall the train quality is Very poor, Very poor quality food provided by the vendor , not clean properly . so many delays we suffer after completing the destination and very bad effect in arrival Home.

Worst train ever,What's the point of special if the train was delayed more than 4 to 6 hours. Also toilets are very disgusting and smelling
