The train quality is very poor, and punctuality is extremely disappointing. The train was delayed by 3 hours and 30 minutes, causing significant inconvenience. I would not rate this service even 1 out of 5 stars.

Worst irresponsible Railway Authorities. Train delayed more than 3 hours.
Concerned Railway Authorities are not capable and should be suspended.

train has not yet arrived secunderabad station still train is 3 hrs late before the arrival of train ur asking a feedback such a worst experience train is about to arrive at 10 pm now it's 1:02 am not yet arrived

Too many delays with no clearance.
The train itself is not in a good condition, too shaky even in 3A. Found out cockroaches beside me on my berth.
