I have to cancel my tickets before journey..but no payment return in my account...We are very sorry for the loss of money for with out traveling. We have lost trust in the confirm ticket app.

I would like to give it a 0 rating for punctuality if possible, after a 12 hour journey it's 8 hours late to my destination,and there is no pantry couch available in train ,how can it be possible to travel long journey without pantry ...

one of the worst train service I have never come across...even I don't think this reviews are really matter to Indian railway department....the punctuality of train is nothing and maintaince is worse

no proper maintenance, people without reservation tickets are coming in SL and lying down or sleeping on the way . washrooms are worst. Not sure why people are allowed without reservation tickets. People are blocking the way and sleeping down.

train is running late almost 11 hr 30 minutes and the train cleaning is very poor dirty train . running very slow.

why the manegement will give permission for special train plz stop this type of mental harassment because stopping a side and sending regular trains from beside
the train have stopped 2hours at kovvuru station and passed 6 to 8 trains
if u don't have proper Clarence then don't give permission to this trains
government need only money not to be public good

really bad...Trains are too smelly and the train toilets are flooded and water came into the seat..Very disgusting and bad experience..

This train is almost 7-8 hrs late as it's departure time. No water was available in basins, Toilets. Also Food quality is too much poor as compare to other Trains.and Train is too late bad experience ever.
