railway should be ashamed of running this train for so late
there should be a policy.. if a train is late more than 10 or 20 Minutes, all passengers should be paid compensation and that too that amount should be recovered from the person/employee who decided or caused the late..
id it's a system or leadership issue, the. trible compensation should be given from those leadership salary, and those leadership should be excluded from promotion or salary hike or pay revision for next 10 years
1 person mistake costs 7.5 hour time waste /late for all passengers like if there are 2000 passe gets in total 2000*7.5 hours = 625 days time wasted.

worst time punctuality, too late.. we have started to attended function in Hyderabad, function is in the morning but train reached in the evening. we missed a valuable function. worst train don't choose this train if any functions are there.

Upper berth more dust at the place of luggage and washbasin not clean and toilets average and one side 4 persons seating it's not comfortable 3 members sufficient
