I booked 3rd a/c ticket,
ticket upgread to 2 nd ac, I am very happy,
but on vridhachalam no body came to open compartment, very difficult to enter the train, finally one sleeping passenger open door. up to thirunalveli no TT came and verify. this is very much shame on railways.

Pathetic journey. No security for luggage. My luggage is little big and TTR shouted and asked me to keep the luggage nearby cupboard. When I wake up, the luggage was broken and things inside was stolen. Shame on those who involved in this act and authorities who where responsible for smooth journey of passengers.
