When we sit on the train while running there is a gear problem in engine when locopilot put gear huge disturbance and it is sign of heart attack please resolve this problem

the seat bloody stupid in which I can't sleep only... the nut was so tight that I couldn't push the seat down only booking sleeper coach also I sat and came whole night
