Covid rules are not followed. No social distance and nobody wearsmask..
Passangers are smoking inside the train, there is no one to question.
Found thief inside train, passengers have lost mobiles as well

Though it's called 2 tier AC compartment, passengers are not provided with blankets. All 10 hours travelling in AC makes every human sick. We were paid and took Biryani which was not cooked properly(half boiled rice). Otherwise Bogi was new one and it was clean. Please have a look at providing blankets and older and kids travelling is very difficult

It was very bad next time I will not book with you,and in bathroom water problem and booked two tickets that to before two days and you have gave me only one seat it was difficult ,so next dont dont do anyone like this

kindly look into cleanliness of the toilets. water oozing out side. And it's smelling a rat
