I booked 2 tickets using a seat guarantee option but I got only one. this is not good. we struggled a lot to travel with only one seat. I paid 3800 with that this is not the right from the indian railway, pls if we book with the seat guarantee option allocate the dedicated seats to passengers

Quality of the Clean is not good It came around 1.10AM where it has to come byb11.00. we have to reachch Bangalore by 6.30 we reach by 9.00

An auto rikshaw travels faster than this train if average speed is considered. 33 kmph speed for a train in 2025 is a joke..... only a joke. Also it reached 1 hr 40 mins late for boarding at ERN. So late within the first 200 km of travel is something the southern railway should seriously look into.

Bullet Train will surely fail if ATTITUDE of staff of Railways does not undergo a holistic transformation towards providing SERVICE to all passengers. It's a total disregard towards Punctuality, Passenger Comfort, Sanitation and Hygiene etc

horrible experience.the train was 6.5 hours late and there was no food nor any beverages on the train ... not even water!

Train delayed by 3 hours that's not acceptable, train runs only on sunday and most of the people who travel in this train are working employees, if the train gets delayed by so many hours we have to put leave.
This should be considered as an serious issue and needs to be rectified.
