Train on time to dot on Dec-4. Cleanliness of bathroom can be improved. Some don't have working Taps.

The coach quality was poor, the seats were uncomfortable, the toilets were unhygienic, and the general maintenance was unacceptable for the amount passengers are charged today. When the fare is almost comparable to private bus or airline services, passengers deserve at least basic cleanliness, punctuality, and working facilities.
It is disappointing to see how little accountability exists even after paying public money. If the government cannot ensure quality service and maintenance standards, it is time to consider privatization or public–private partnerships that can deliver better value and reliability.
Passengers deserve a refund or compensation when services fail to meet promised standards. It’s unfair to keep charging premium fares for substandard facilities.

Bathrooms were not well maintained and in our coach, there was no water in one side of the coach before morning.

My guideline is don't even book ticket in it . i had booked ticket 3rd A/C compartment and travelling in it was like I Am in a general compartment
