Train condition very bad,coming heavy sound not comfortable to night traveling, we are faced delay bcoz of train was came late to station more than 1 hour and taken more time in so many places for pass another trains.and no option(switches) to lights off.ciming bad smell from toilet.TC only checking ticket only,do not respond any other issues. At the time we are ask to whom?
