1. Quality depends on coach to coach. Toilets are worst in condition.
2. Punctuality is almost OK. At times it's observed considerable delay in making up scheduled arrival and departure timings. This should be avoided to maintain passengers faith in the system.
3. Food quality is worst ever found in comparison with any Indian food outlets.
