At first, good train, clean, free seats. But when we reached Ratnagiri, we found that the train was horrible. Instead of reaching Thane at 3:47pm, we reached at 11pm at night!!!

air conditioning system is not good
should have a control in temperature

सब से बेकार, बकवास और गंदी ट्रेन का अवॉर्ड मिलना चाहिए इस ट्रेन को. कोई भी यह ट्रेन से सफर मत करना नहीं साफ़ सफाई, नहीं अच्छा खाना और नहीं time का अता पता.

very limited food available with pantry. Need to have accurate update of train reaching in specific platform's, as yesterday this train was supposed to arrive at platform 2 ( which also displayed in IRCTC app as well) but later on at 13:00 it was announced tat wud b arriving at platform 1 however this announcement wasn't audible till plaform 2, due to this i cud hv missed the train

The catering was bad the catering people were disturbing by selling tea at 2.30 am the caters were of Satyam very very irritating
