As per communication, my expected arrival time was 15:04 hrs. I Reached Udupi Railway station at 2pm. But the train was departed on 12.58 pm already. I didn't got any mail or message regarding the re-schedule. I have to take a hotel room for waiting for the next train which is on 21:35 hrs. I lost my booking amount and have to spend extra money and time because of your irresponsibility. If there is no guarantee in getting tickets through your portal, then why should I have to use it. I won't use this application and will warn my friends and colleagues about its inefficiency.
