no lights in 2tier, toilets are not clean, attends are sitting outside and smoking bidis.
attendants carries a feedback notebook that should not be given to them, everything should be online. I don't think so some one is doing inspection of this train. government now please wake up, save India

There is no coach position indicator in Koppal Rly station (KBL). Even the Station manager did not know the position of A1 coach. He blindly directed us to wrong end of the platform. We had to run with luggage to other end to locate our coach. We are old people (I am 67 years and my wife 57) and it was very difficult to reach our coach. Even the platform surface is uneven and poorly lit. It is very difficult for elderly people even to walk on the platform in the night. Luckily we just made it to our coach and could get in. Please make proper arrangements at all stations for locating the coaches and also provide adequate lighting on platforms. Properly educate the railway staff about coach position in each train passing through that station.

Food and pantry is not good because what ever they are selling, not in MRP rates if item cost is 5rs they will charge 10rs so this is charges taken in trains. Food also expensive and not that much of cost like egg rice 100rs. It's just a egg over rice.
