Station master told train will come on platform no:3 but train passed away on 2. I missed yesterday train but I can't get cancel the ticket. Worst service from Indian railways

one passenger travelling in the same series seats created uncomfort at the starting of journey. latter i managed TTE's must support lady travellers such critical times.
