because the platform number was not correct
As the platform number was 4 in tirupati but it was mentioned as 3 here. Very disappointing

service is good but we are not having the facilities to select our seats in seat layout like our ksrtc busses... wen we book train yickets we will get different seats like i booked 5 seats then i got seat no 52,53,54,56,57in between other person will cum so if wouldbhave selection of seats in seat layout means it will be better and if babies are there means if u allot seats nezt to the door means its an issue please do the need full
