Poor. From Tenkasi to Madurai there is no TTE on service. More passengers in RAC with out confirmation and not allotted of berth. Senior citizens are allotted by upper berths. They are not to manege there upper berths. From Tenkasi to Madurai no food vendors and no tea supply. More passengers trouble in the journey. Coaches are oldest and cleanliness. To this journey was trouble and sleepless nights.
