In katpadi junction can't find coach it's only mentioned 1,2,3 no D1, D2 coach will come here like that led display not there and officers also don't no which coach where come plss arrange for train number and coach display like walaja Road and like kr puram

I paid Rs. 903/- as charges for my journey to Chennai from
Krishnarajapuram .
1. I have to reach Platform 2 by staircase which is badly maintained and at the age of 79 very difficult to reach the Platform .
I can fly chennai if I spent some more money.
