To Whom It May Concern,
I traveled on Train No. 06024 (Podanur to MGR Chennai Central) on May 17, 2025, and I must say it was one of the worst travel experiences I have had.
The train was delayed by 3 hours. Not once did the station staff or PA system announce that the train was running late. Passengers were left completely in the dark, with no updates whatsoever.
Because of this delay and lack of information, I missed my schedule and could not reach my destination on time. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I request the railways to take this feedback seriously and ensure that passengers are always kept informed about delays. A simple announcement can make a huge difference.
This experience has severely damaged my trust in Indian Railways.
