Actually the announcement informed that the train is running towards Vridhachalam, Trichy instead of Chidambaram, Mayiladuthurai, Kumbakonam and the staff in customer service counter not aware about the route. we suffered lot

Facilities for drinking water and food not available. In a day train running for more than 12 hours, there has to a provision of pantry. It is really sad to note that the Third AC coaches are placed at the end of the train from 16th coach to 19th coach and therefore even at the station platform the shops are only at front end and people were struggling to run and purchase water bottles with lot of hardships. Railway should ensure that basic items like water and food packets are sold throughout the platform instead of selling at one particular point in platform.

Not provided any desk for eating food. Punctuality is maintained. So many seats vacating then also people adjusted in one coupe.

A very comfortable train, suggestions:
1. make this train daily
2. A little delayed departure,.... safety reasons for women when we disembark at the destination.
