There was an issue related person name, instead of H Pandit there was N Pandit which is a minor mistake but also I have asked reservation officer at station to change the name, they told me that this is not a big issue you are in a group of 10 people(6+4) so it won't be a problem you can travel confidently but TT who checked for the third time after basti station didn't accept that machine error and forced to buy new ticket of worth 1200 just for n Pandit instead of H Pandit also rpf supported him and said get off and you will go to jail for not having proper ticket, so at last we have to buy an ticket when we already had ticket which was so offensive and irresponsible, I have complained to IRCTC to but nothing happened so overall a bad experience
