pathetic, the train was late by 11 hours on 11 October,2025.
finally decided not to board it.
Irresponsible and pathetic state of affairs by Indian Railways. Seems like an extortion racket, run to earn money without doing work.
Who will wait for 11 hours and then board a train, who will compensate for the loss of time.
and then No refund policy after the chart is prepared. But what about train delay and who will be held accountable for that . And Who will compensate for that.
