The worst service. Train was 8 hours late and absolute disregard for cleanliness and hygiene. Water supply program. Train build quality is very poor.

what will write in review? Totally we are disappointed and distressed. we suffering a lot still we are waiting for our " KOAA SCL SPL". The train is about 10 hours late and most importantly we are known about that fact from IRCTC about 5 hours ago. What a service from IRCTC!!

Train was 8 hrs late.
It started 3hrs late from Kolkata and ended up being total 7-8 hrs late

Train quality very poor .feasibility so poor .hygiene sanitation also a big problem.No any food supply system.

Train is a little bit old model ICF Coaches. In our case the time for departure and arrival was excellent.

no cleaning, no hygiene bathroom, light not working, running late.. overall 000000 star train..... full of cockroaches train.. thanks Indian railways for giving such bekar train....

good train..but train is late for arrival...otherwise train is good..but sleeper coach tte & railway police not available in night... passengers safety is must....

Worst experience ever!! Departure time from starting point was 7 hours, and it didn't try to make it up in between.

The train needs to be cleaned thoroughly.More sockets need to be provided in the coaches.
