pathetic, Costly and the worst service.
You need to be shameless if you are travelling by this train. Toilets are dirty, no security, no safety even it departing 12 hours delay.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the train that was supposed to depart from Jhanjharpur station on May 2, 2025, at 10:30 PM. The train actually departed at 12:30 AM on May 3, 2025, and it still hasn't reached Anand Vihar.
I request that you look into improving the train's timing. The connecting trains to my hometown are usually crowded, and although this train has available seats, its excessive delay makes it impossible for passengers to reach their destinations on time.
no canteen available in this train how to survive 36 hrs without any food

till now it is 18 hours late still now departed kar kya rahe ho yarr tumlog 18 ghate me delhi pahuche ha ye train 18 ghate hi gye abhi khula v nhi ha

sabse gadiya train hai 20km ki Speed se jyada nhi chalegi 12 ghante let hoti hai har bar.kahi bhi ruk jati h.koi saf safai nhi es se achha to general coach hota h
