I had a very bad experience while traveling by train. The train was delayed by more than 10 hours, which caused serious inconvenience to all passengers. There was no proper information or announcement from the railway staff regarding the delay. Many passengers, including elderly people and families with children, had to wait for a long time without any support.
Such a long delay without clear communication is very disappointing. Indian Railways should improve its time management and keep passengers properly informed about delays. I hope the authorities take this issue seriously and work to provide better service in the future.

it was a very poor train to travel it is delayed by 6 to 7 hours .and there is no water in toilet

train arrives time at kanpur station 6 hr. delay and Ujjain junction in 5 hr.
seat brack and coach is very sound in travelling
