Nothing was good. AC wasn't working and it was started 6 hours late from Anand Vihar and reached Bareilly 12 hrs late and I reached Lucknow at 12 PM instead of 12 AM. Very frustrating experience.

Minimum two train r required for special case and then after rectified time issue. too late conditions and cleanness issue also.
