I would like to share my feedback regarding the recent train journey. The overall experience was very disappointing. The train did not run according to the schedule and was delayed for a long time, which caused a lot of inconvenience to passengers. The train timetable management needs serious improvement.
In addition, the condition of the toilets was very poor and unhygienic. They were not cleaned properly during the journey, making it uncomfortable for passengers to use. Cleanliness and maintenance should be given top priority to ensure a pleasant travel experience for everyone.
I sincerely request the railway authorities to take immediate steps to improve punctuality, cleanliness, and overall service quality on trains.
