Feedback for Train No. 04725
I would like to share feedback regarding my recent journey on Train No. 04725, which was very disappointing.
The coach was dirty, poorly maintained, and the washrooms were unhygienic with a strong smell throughout the journey. The coaches also felt very old and uncomfortable.
I would also like to raise concern regarding berth allotment transparency. As an RAC passenger, it felt like vacant/cancelled berths were not being allotted fairly, which caused a lot of frustration and discomfort. While I may not know the full situation, based on what I observed during the journey, the process did not feel transparent.
Overall, it was a very poor travel experience. I request Railways to kindly review the cleanliness, coach maintenance, and berth allotment process on this train to improve the experience for passengers.
