The train is not of good quality, it is not clean, it arrived 4 hours late in Warangal, who is responsible for this? We were going to have darshan of Tirumala God. We arrived at the station two hours early, thinking that it would arrive on time. We were informed that it was 4 hours late. I request the railway officials to definitely compensate us for the inconvenience caused to us. We were very confident that this train would arrive on time. I request you to take action against the railway officials who caused us trouble. The washrooms are not clean, the toilets are not clean, the water is not flowing properly, there is no officer who even cared.

Layers of dust on all seats, fans not working , very disappointed with the service.
