I was travelling in this train date of 17 August and there washroom condition is very bad literally please clean then all time that is your responsibility and duty because it's our train we all are travelled together

TRAIN COACHES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION CLEAN BUT LITTLE BIT DIRTY WITH EMPTY BOTTLES WHICH ARE COLLECTED BY LOCAL BEGGERS ENTERED IN TRAIN ON JAMMU TAWI RAILWAY STATION WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION. TRAVELLING TICKET EXAMINER HAS GOOD & HAVE VERY GOOD TALKING KNOWLEDGE WITH PASSENGERS. AT LAST, TOILETS AND WASHBASIN ARE IN BAD CONDITION TOILET FLOOR ARE VERY CLING & WASHBASIN ARE STUCK AND FULL OF SEWAGE.

Goibibo sends the confirmation always via sms..
This should be rectified by Confirmtkt.

Due to cold the inside temperature also was pretty cold... No heaters were run to comfort the passengers..
