worst experience,very late , bad experience,no cleaning in toilets no cleaning in seats , no staff came to check for toilet water supply, govt is taking money for seats and no facilities is available, baddest experience in this train ,late by 7 hours

bahut hi bakwas train hi, mera is train ka safar bahut bura raha,mene ambala to amritsar ka safar kiya per isne 8 hours late pauchaya or fir return me v late kiya ,bahut hi bura safar raha is train ka ..bad experience

Bhut bekaar train hai 7 Ghnta late hai abhi tak darbhanga nahi phuchi hai raat ke 1 baj rhe hai sham ke 5 bje time hai darbhanga ka lucknow se phle alamnagar me 1 ghnta tk roke ke rkha faltu me platform khali hone ke baad bhi delhi tak timely aai lucknow 4 ghanta late saaf safai bhi nahi hai aur jaha stoppage nahi hai waha bhi isko aadha aadha ghanta rok ke rakhte hai jo train 50 km peeche hoti hai usse overtake karwane ke chakkar me isko 1 ghnta tak rok ke rakhte hai 😡😡😡 Railway walo agr controllling nahi kar pate ho toh kyu chlate ho ye train jayada paisa deta hai aadmi jaldi phuchne ke liye lekin 7-8 Ghnta late chl rhi train 😡😡😡😡😡 lucknow se darbhanga tk 24 Ghnta hone wala hai isse kam time me bus phucha deti hai 😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Train is good, but cleaning Staffs need to be more active and prompt, cleaning of toilet is of average standard, Punctuality is the worst, unnecessary delay is a big issue, Pantry car is not available hence out side food has to be ordered on very expensive rates.

Train was before time in most stations which is good.
There wasn't anyone for more than 4 hours to get the drinking water from.
We boarded the train from Amritsar junction from where the train started. however, it was still untidy

entire light was there but in B4 no light, water not coming...very scary spark sound at seat number 70, once train depart for next station, we are in ac without light suffocation felt
