very bad journey this train

It was not a good experience with Shalimar. Although I was travelling in HA2 coach, bathrooms were horrible. No one came for mopping even once, even though my journey was of more than 24 hrs. I had my own food but even coffee or tea was not available inside. I had to struggle for a bottle of water. People who had food provided by the train said that it was not hot. Train was late by 30 minutes.

NO CLEANLINESS IN CABIN. SWITCHES ARE IN VERY BAD CONDITION, DIRTY & NOT MAINTAINED CLEANING. CABIN DOOR NIT WORKING PROPERLY, STUCK FROM UPSIDE AFTER OPENING LITTLE HARD. BELL INSIDE CABIN HAS NO VALUE BECAUSE MAN IN SERVICE ARE DRUNK & NOT GIVEN ANY SOLUTION & SLEEP IN HIS STORE FULL TIME AFTER DRINK. TOILETS ARE IN VERY BAD CONDITION NO SOAP INSIDE NO SANITIZER & IN VERY BAD CONDITION. COACH NEEDS COMPLETE RENOVATION AGAIN & MAN IN SERVICE HAS NO ANY VALUE. WE HOPE THIS FEEDBACK CAN CHANGE THE IMAGE OF INDIAN RAILWAYS.
