punctuality is very poor actually total 9 hrs late reached at destination. train toilate cleaning is very poor. train quality is good.

railway making us fool with the name of spl train. all spl train used to late by 8 to 10 hours.these trains are like "randy" no respect. no cleaning, they can stop as much as they want. and this is not only with this train only, it's the same for all spl trains.
government should to think about their punctuality but no one cares because railway is in lose ????????.

Very bad experience, reached 4 hrs late to destination, there was power cut many times, also very dirty coaches.
Even After paying extra money, service is terrible.
