Had worst experience at Falna station for a second time. Our coach was not located at the position as displayed on platform, it was 12 coaches away, so we had to drag our luggage after boarding the coach where we stood on the platform. Another bad experience was that this train had arrived on platform no.2 instead of platform no.1 as it usually does, that too without any announcement by platform authority. In this case we had to board the train from railway track, with nobody to open the doors at 1.30am midnight, with 2 small children, no coolie on platform, no police, 4 baggages and trains stoppage for only 2 minutes.
