There is no attendant in the coach, and the cleaning staff came only once between Kolkata and Bareilly. The toilets are extremely dirty.
Local vendors are repeatedly entering and exiting the Second AC coach. There is no quality at all; even after charging extra money, you fail to provide quality. And you halt the train at platforms where there is not a single vendor available to sell anything."

all is good but gajraula station boarding local passenger captured blank space between our seats ,n no use mask ,very bad experience gajrula to gaziabad .pl attention towards its.thxx
