please agli baar se is train me tikit mat karwana bahut let chalti hai 6 ghante deri se pahuchi hai bahut ghatiya bogi hai saf safai bilkul nahi hai food ke naam par mazak hai and 1 bottel pani ke liye mujhe 3 station tak wait karna pada verily bad ๐

I aam not in train becouse the train time is not correct so I am cancelling the plan. but confirmtkt not give the refund me . all foult is in the app he's not updated bth delay time in this train it was more than 12 hrs delay but the app shows me the train is on time. today I lost the minimum 2000 rs fir the travelling again' and again the station. please inform the customer before the booking what is the train correct status in the train. peoples lost he's money like part of blood you have. so don't regret me again please give the details and give the refund optionsto the customer.
and please hire the department in customer care executive they're are informed to the customer and give he's any questions and answers for the help in customer please support this message.
