It's the dirtiest train I've ever seen.
It's dirty both inside and outside.
I booked a 3rd ac ticket and it was worse than the unreserved general compartment.

very bad experience. one person want to travel in AC, not in summer experience in compartment,why we payment higher amount for cooling. In our compartment B7 no cooling, persons suffer for heating, no TT or coach attendent help us, why we could not understand, we complaint in mobile to Allahabad control, but all is vain.Pl return our payment for this type of problems,are railmantri Mr Ashwini Vaishnav solve our problems of senior citizens.
