**"Extremely pathetic service! Train 04053 (PNR: 6828130599) was 7.15 hours late. I spent the entire night in freezing cold with mosquitoes at Barauni station because of wrong information. Digital boards were kept blank, and staff was writing changing times (4.15 hrs to 7.15 hrs) on paper chits to mislead us. I was tracking the train and knew it won't arrive at 5 AM, yet I was harassed. I have filed TDR and I DEMAND my full refund (Ticket + Online fees) in my bank account within 7 days. Strictly NO COUPONS. If not refunded, I will file a formal complaint in Consumer Court for harassment and claim compensation with interest. I have all the proofs."**
