बहुत ही घटिया ट्रेन की स्थिति थी जीवन में मैने कभी इतना घटिया ट्रेन नहीं देखा था बहुत ही बेकार सफर रहा है मेरा इसके वजह से बहुत लेट आया हूं मैं लखनऊ में 🙏

very poor aj ke bad kabhi book nhi karunga pata nhi kab station aya chala gya gorakhpur mere yaha se jyada dur h or time dikha rha tha 2 ghanta ane me or fir 5 min bad dikhaya chala gya gkp se fir 1 hr ke bad dikhaya dubara gkp me aya hai

The train was delayed by more than 6 hours. During this period, there was no access to a cloak room or waiting room, leaving passengers stranded at the railway station.
We were forced to spend the entire night at the station with a 9-month-old baby. This caused significant physical and mental stress for our family. Basic passenger facilities should be available, especially when delays are prolonged and involve families travelling with infants.
If travel disruptions occur, passengers should not be left without proper waiting facilities or support. The lack of adequate infrastructure and assistance made an already difficult situation even more challenging.
Consumers deserve better coordination, communication, and passenger care during such delays.

train coache S-3 is neat and clean as well as toilet & basin, water is available in bathroom N basin, lighting & fans are working charging point also.....5 star.
10 min delayed departure from source station and reached at destination station 40 min late...4 star.
pantry service is stopped due to covid-19 so.....5star
