train is not on time and train was 2hour late from departure and it was stopped at every single station and not on time or not on proper station stoppage worst experience

train time table show 15hours for distance but railway policies take more the 24 hours can you please tell us we are not pay the ticket or tax so why you stop this train and passed all train fast i kindly request you to please think about it sir we will pay same amount of other train charges

Panctuality of train was totally worst, It had already departched 6 hours late to source station and no any type of food items available inside the train.
O want to suggest if you have alots of time then you can book this train
