appreciate for your team efforts in assiging lower bearth tonsenior cotizen..would only request you for 100 % check in fee trains only not all for unauthorized vendor ..vendor shputing to sell goods in odd ours to be avoided..i can see there is improvement ..jai hind

horrible experience. I have to board the train at 2:39 as it was 5 hours delayed in the night. Dirty and phetetic condition of toilet and the coach even after booking 2AC. Very poor

very dirty and unclear washroom or coaches 2ac or 3ac people are not supportive not attending towards the clearness other railways are also not attending towards this unhygienic coaches only they take high payment fir tickets but govt provides facilities zero worst 'no pantry available in this train 3day traveling but not available pantry

The train is very daily and every time the train stops without any reason and also kurla station is 10 mint but holds its maximum 3 Hrs in the same place.
it's too late for the arrival time 8. 30
